Description
Come and join us for our Artisan Baking Course. Suitable for total beginners and those with experience. During the hands on course you will learn the techniques of shaping and folding sourdough, yeasted breads and focaccia, all based on our own tried and tested recipes. You will also get an insight into the science behind fermentation and take home a cup of our very own sourdough starter. Join up to 8 other potential culinary artisans, meet new friends and then go home and impress your friends and family.
All courses start at 11am and finish at 3.30pm with lunch provided. Please note that the finish time may vary depending on the room temperature, speed of the bakers how many participants and other variables. Produce made during the course will be available for you to take home, so boxes or bags will be helpful.
